MIAX Sapphire Exchange (“MIAX Sapphire”) is a registered national securities exchange, operating a fully automated electronic options trading platform and a physical trading floor for the trading of listed options. MIAX Sapphire is also a self-regulatory organization and is charged with providing a fair and equitable marketplace by ensuring the participants in its marketplace comply with all applicable rules, laws and regulations.
