MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Select ProShares ETFs

ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas (BOIL), ProShares Ultra Oil & Gas (DIG), and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Crude Oil (UCO) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Tuesday, April 21, 2020.  On that date, the current BOIL, DIG and UCO option classes will change to BOIL1, DIG1, and UCO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BOIL1, DIG1, and UCO1 options. Therefore, no options on BOIL, DIG and UCO will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. 

ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas (BOIL), ProShares Ultra Oil & Gas (DIG), and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Crude Oil (UCO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BOIL, DIG and UCO will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 20, 2020.
