Tyco International plc (TYC) and Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) merger, name and symbol change to (New) Johnson Controls International plc (JCI) effective for trading on Tuesday, September 6, 2016.
Both Tyco International plc (TYC) and Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) will not trade on the MIAX on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 and the (New) Johnson Controls International plc (JCI) will begin trading on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TYC and JCI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 2, 2016.
