MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. (ARCO)
Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. (ARCO) has announced a dividend effective for Tuesday, July 13, 2021. On that date, the current (ARCO) option class will change to ARCO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ARCO1 options. Therefore, no options on ARCO will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 13, 2021.
Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. (ARCO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in (ARCO) will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 12, 2021.
