MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Tiziana Life Sciences plc (TLSA)
Tiziana Life Sciences plc (TLSA) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, July 09, 2021. On that date, the current TLSA option class will change to TLSA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TLSA1 options. Therefore, no options on TLSA will be available for trading on Friday, July 09, 2021.
Tiziana Life Sciences plc (TLSA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, July 12, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TLSA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 8, 2021.
