MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM)
Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, June 28, 2021. On that date, the current BAM option class will change to BAM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BAM1 options. Therefore, no options on BAM will be available for trading on Monday, June 28, 2021.
Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BAM will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 25, 2021.
