MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Stellantis N.V. (STLA)

Stellantis N.V. (STLA) has announced a Cash Distribution effective for Monday, March 15, 2021. On that date, the current STLA option class will change to STLA2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list STL2 options. Therefore, no options on STLA will be available for trading on Monday, March 15, 2021. 

Stellantis N.V. (STLA) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in STLA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 12, 2021.
