Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald for Newly Listed Symbol AI Effective Thursday, December 17, 2020

C3.ai, Inc. (AI) will start trading on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald beginning Thursday, December 17, 2020 and shall use the New York Stock Exchange as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
