MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Loral Space & Communications Inc. (LORL)
Loral Space & Communications Inc. (LORL) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, May 13, 2020. On that date, the current LORL option class will change to LORL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LORL1 options. Therefore, no options on LORL will be available for trading on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
Loral Space & Communications Inc. (LORL) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, May 14, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LORL will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
