MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Select VanEck Vectors ETFs

VanEck Vectors Coal ETF (KOL), VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF (OIH), and VanEck Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF (REMX) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Wednesday, April 15, 2020.  On that date, the current KOL, OIH, and REMX option classes will change to KOL1, OIH1, and REMX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list KOL1, OIH1, and REMX1 options. Therefore, no options on KOL, OIH, and REMX will be available for trading on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. 

VanEck Vectors Coal ETF (KOL), VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF (OIH), and VanEck Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF (REMX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, April 16, 2020.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KOL, OIH, and REMX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.
