MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc (RBS)
The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc (RBS) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Thursday, March 26, 2020. On that date, the current RBS option class will change to RBS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RBS1 options. Therefore, no options on RBS will be available for trading on Thursday, March 26, 2020.
The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc (RBS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, March 27, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RBS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
