The below option classes announced a special distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. All options classes will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange:
 
iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV)
iShares Russell 1000 Value ETF (IWD)
iShares S&P 500 Growth ETF (IVW)
iShares U.S. Energy ETF (IYE)
iShares MSCI South Africa ETF (EZA)
iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM)
iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (IEMG)
 
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in these option classes will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 16, 2019.
