Amendment of MIAX Options Exchange Rule 1400 to Adopt Complex Trade Definition
A proposed rule change to MIAX Options Exchange Rule 1400, Definitions, became effective as of December 3, 2019, pursuant to a notice issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
MIAX Options Exchange Rule 1400, as amended, is incorporated by reference into both the MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald Exchange Rule Books, and thus is a rule applicable to Members of both Exchanges respectively.
