MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (DFT)

DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (DFT) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, September 15, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DFT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 14, 2017.

Details about the DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (DFT) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
