MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS)
Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. On that date, the current CTXS options class will change to CTXS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CTXS1 options. Therefore, no options on CTXS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, February 2, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CTXS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
