Updated: MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Option Classes FFIE and SITC
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE) and SITE Centers Corporation (SITC) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Monday, August 19, 2024. On that date, the current FFIE option class will change to FFIE3 and the current SITC option class will change to SITC1 The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FFIE3 or SITC1 options. Therefore, no options on FFIE3 or SITC1 will be available for trading on Monday, August 19, 2024.
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE) and SITE Centers Corporation (SITC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FFIE and SITC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 16, 2024.
