MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Lufax Holding Ltd (LU)
Lufax Holding Ltd (LU) has announced a Special Dividend effective for Tuesday, June 4, 2024. On that date, the current LU option class will change to LU2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LU2 options. Therefore, no options on LU will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.
Lufax Holding Ltd (LU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LU will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 3, 2024.
