MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Li-Cycle Holdings Corporation (LICY)
Li-Cycle Holdings Corporation (LICY) has announced a reverse split effective for Tuesday, June 4, 2024. On that date, the current LICY option class will change to LICY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LICY1 options. Therefore, no options on LICY will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.
Li-Cycle Holdings Corporation (LICY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LICY will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 3, 2024.
