U.S. Options

SandRidge Energy, Inc. (SD) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Friday, February 2, 2024. On that date, the current SD option class will change to SD1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SD1 options. Therefore, no options on SD will be available for trading on Friday, February 2, 2024. 

SandRidge Energy, Inc. (SD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, February 5, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 1, 2024.
