MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Lufax Holding Ltd (LU)
Lufax Holding Ltd (LU) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, December 15, 2023. On that date, the current LU option class will change to LU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LU1 options. Therefore, no options on LU will be available for trading on Friday, December 15, 2023.
Lufax Holding Ltd (LU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 18, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LU will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
