MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (SNCR)
Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (SNCR) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, December 11, 2023. On that date, the current SNCR option class will change to SNCR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SNCR1 options. Therefore, no options on SNCR will be available for trading on Monday, December 11, 2023.
Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (SNCR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SNCR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 8, 2023.
