MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: PAVmed Inc. (PAVM)
PAVmed Inc. (PAVM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, December 7, 2023. On that date, the current PAVM option class will change to PAVM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list PAVM1 options. Therefore, no options on PAVM will be available for trading on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
PAVmed Inc. (PAVM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 8, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PAVM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
