MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Aramark (ARMK) and Danaher Corporation (DHR)
Aramark (ARMK) and Danaher Corporation (DHR) has announced distributions effective for Monday, October 2, 2023. On that date, the current ARMK option class will change to ARMK1 and the current DHR option class will change to DHR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ARMK1 and DHR1 options. Therefore, no options on ARMK and DHR will be available for trading on Monday, October 2, 2023.
Aramark (ARMK) and Danaher Corporation (DHR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ARMK and DHR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 29, 2023.
