MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ecopetrol S.A. (EC) and Flotek Industries, Inc. (FTK)
Ecopetrol S.A. (EC) and Flotek Industries, Inc. (FTK) have announced corporate actions effective for Tuesday, September 26, 2023. On that date, the current EC option class will change to EC2 and the current FTK option class will change to FTK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EC2 or FTK1 options. Therefore, no options on EC or FTK will be available for trading on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
Ecopetrol S.A. (EC) and Flotek Industries, Inc. (FTK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EC and FTK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, September 25, 2023.
