MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: LiveOne, Inc. (LVO)

LiveOne, Inc. (LVO) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, September 5, 2023. On that date, the current LVO option class changes to LVO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LVO1 options. Therefore, no options on LVO will be available for trading on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LVO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 1, 2023.

LiveOne, Inc. (LVO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
