MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Genius Group Limited (GNS)
Genius Group Limited (GNS) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, August 30, 2023. On that date, the current GNS option class will change to GNS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GNS1 options. Therefore, no options on GNS will be available for trading on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
Genius Group Limited (GNS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GNS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
