MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE)
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 28, 2023. On that date, the current FFIE option class changes to FFIE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FFIE1 options. Therefore, no options on FFIE will be available for trading on monday, August 28, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FFIE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 25, 2023.
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
