MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Direxion Daily S&P 500 High Beta Bear 3X Shares (HIBS)
Direxion Daily S&P 500 High Beta Bear 3X Shares (HIBS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 28, 2023. On that date, the current HIBS option class changes to HIBS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HIBS1 options. Therefore, no options on HIBS will be available for trading on monday, August 28, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HIBS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 25, 2023.
Direxion Daily S&P 500 High Beta Bear 3X Shares (HIBS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
