MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Theratechnologies Inc. (THTX)
Theratechnologies Inc. (THTX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, July 31, 2023. On that date, the current THTX option class will change to THTX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list THTX1 options. Therefore, no options on THTX will be available for trading on Monday, July 31, 2023.
Theratechnologies Inc. (THTX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in THTX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 28, 2023.
