MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sphere 3D Corp. (ANY)
Sphere 3D Corp. (ANY) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, June 29, 2023. On that date, the current ANY option class will change to ANY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ANY1 options. Therefore, no options on ANY will be available for trading on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
Sphere 3D Corp. (ANY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 30, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ANY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
