MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Skillz Inc. (SKLZ)
Skillz Inc. (SKLZ) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, June 26, 2023. On that date, the current SKLZ option class will change to SKLZ1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SKLZ1 options. Therefore, no options on SKLZ will be available for trading on Monday, June 26, 2023.
Skillz Inc. (SKLZ) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SKLZ will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 23, 2023.
