MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Grove Collaborative Holdings, Inc. (GROV)
Grove Collaborative Holdings, Inc. (GROV) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, June 6, 2023. On that date, the current GROV option class will change to GROV1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GROV1 options. Therefore, no options on GROV will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
Grove Collaborative Holdings, Inc. (GROV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GROV will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 5, 2023.
