MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Vinco Ventures, Inc. (BBIG)
Vinco Ventures, Inc. (BBIG) has announced a 1-for-20 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, May 11, 2023. On that date, the current BBIG option class will change to BBIG2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BBIG2 options. Therefore, no options on BBIG will be available for trading on Thursday, May 11, 2023.
Vinco Ventures, Inc. (BBIG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 12, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBIG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
