MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (GTE)
Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (GTE) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, May 5, 2023. On that date, the current GTE option class will change to GTE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GTE1 options. Therefore, no options on GTE will be available for trading on Friday, May 5, 2023.
Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (GTE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, May 8, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GTE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
