MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Options Exchanges - Corporate Action Alert: Arrival (ARVL)
Arrival (ARVL) has announced reverse stock split effective for Friday, April 14, 2023. On that date, the current ARVL option class will change to ARVL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, and MIAX Pearl Options Exchange will not list ARVL1 options. Therefore, no options on ARVL will be available for trading on Friday, April 14, 2023.
Arrival (ARVL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 17, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ARVL will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
