MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: BEST Inc. (BEST)
BEST Inc. (BEST) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, April 4, 2023. On that date, the current BEST option class will change to BEST1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BEST1 options. Therefore, no options on BEST will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.
BEST Inc. (BEST) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BEST will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 3, 2023.
