MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (NYMT)
New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (NYMT) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, March 9, 2023. On that date, the current NYMT option class will change to NYMT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NYMT1 options. Therefore, no options on NYMT will be available for trading on Thursday, March 9, 2023.
New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (NYMT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, March 10, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NYMT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
