MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Athenex, Inc. (ATNX)
Athenex, Inc. (ATNX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, February 15, 2023. On that date, the current ATNX option class will change to ATNX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ATNX1 options. Therefore, no options on ATNX will be available for trading on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
Athenex, Inc. (ATNX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ATNX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
