MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: HEXO Corporation (HEXO)
HEXO Corporation (HEXO) has announced a 1-for-14 reverse stock split effective for Monday, December 19, 2022. On that date, the current HEXO option class will change to HEXO2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HEXO2 options. Therefore, no options on HEXO will be available for trading on Monday, December 19, 2022.
HEXO Corporation (HEXO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HEXO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 16, 2022.
