MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (FBHS)
Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (FBHS) has announced a distribution and a name and symbol change effective for Thursday, December 15, 2022. On this date, the current FBHS option class will change to FBIN1 and its name and symbol will change to Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. (FBIN). The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FBIN1 options. Therefore, no options on FBHS or FBIN1 will be available for trading on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. (FBIN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 16, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FBHS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
NOTE: FBIN options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 3 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
