MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sundial Growers Inc. (SNDL)
Sundial Growers Inc. (SNDL) has announced a stock split and name change effective for Tuesday, July 26, 2022. On that date, the current SNDL option class will change to SNDL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SNDL1 options. Therefore, no options in SNDL will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
Sundial Growers Inc. (SNDL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SNDL will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 25, 2022.
