MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (WMC)
Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (WMC) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, July 11, 2022. On that date, the current WMC option class will change to WMC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WMC1 options. Therefore, no options on WMC will be available for trading on Monday, July 11, 2022.
Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (WMC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WMC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 8, 2022.
