MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Avalo Therapeutics, Inc. (AVTX) and IT Tech Packaging Inc. (ITP)
Avalo Therapeutics, Inc. (AVTX) and IT Tech Packaging Inc. (ITP) have announced reverse splits effective for Friday, July 8, 2022. On that date, the current AVTX option class will change to AVTX1 and current ITP option class will change to ITP1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AVTX1 and ITP1 options. Therefore, no options on AVTX and ITP will be available for trading on Friday, July 8, 2022.
Avalo Therapeutics, Inc. (AVTX) and IT Tech Packaging Inc. (ITP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, July 11, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AVTX and ITP will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 7, 2022.
