Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbol PNNT Effective Thursday, April 14, 2022

PennantPark Investment Corp. (“PNNT”) transferred primary listing from the NASDAQ Global Select Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Thursday, April 14, 2022.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
