MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (EDU)
New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (EDU) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Friday, April 8, 2022. On that date, the current EDU option class will change to EDU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EDU1 options. Therefore, no options on EDU will be available for trading on Friday, April 8, 2022.
New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (EDU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 11, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EDU will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
