MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (ZBH)
Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (ZBH) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, March 1, 2022. On that date, the current ZBH option class will change to ZBH1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ZBH1 options. Therefore, no options on ZBH will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (ZBH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ZBH will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 28, 2022.
