Name Change and Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for SBEA(BRCC) Effective Thursday, February 10, 2022

SilverBox Engaged Merger Corporation I (“SBEA”) will have a name and symbol change to BRC Inc. (“BRCC”) and will transfer primary listing from the NASDAQ Markets to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Thursday, February 10, 2022.
