MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Capital Gains Distributions on Option Classes ARKK and ARKW
ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) and ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) have announced capital gains distrutions that will become effective on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. ARKK and ARKW options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ARKK and ARKW will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.
