MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Qutoutiao Inc. (QTT)
Qutoutiao Inc. (QTT) has announced a reverse split for Friday, December 10, 2021. On that date, the current QTT option class will change to QTT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list QTT1 options. Therefore, no options on QTT will be available for trading on Friday, December 10, 2021.
Qutoutiao Inc. (QTT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 13, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in QTT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 9, 2021.
