MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Realty Income Corporation (O)

Realty Income Corporation (O) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, November 15, 2021. On that date, the current O option class will change to O2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list O2 options. Therefore, no options on O will be available for trading on Monday, November 15, 2021. 

Realty Income Corporation (O) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in O will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 12, 2021.
